Relocate the debtor on behalf of the client using various methods of internet searches.

Attend on the debtor, confirm the debtor is there, confirm contact details, collect monies owing.

  • COURT EXAMINATIONS

Attend on behalf of the client at the court examination with the defendant to obtain details of their financial situation and documents to confirm the same in an effort to determine ability to pay the debt.

We conduct unlimited attendances until we can either complete the job, confirm the debtor is no longer there or actively avoiding.

Times of attendances are within the ACCC guidelines – Field Calls: 9:00am – 9:00pm & Process Service: Any reasonable times.
