Free up your internal services by engaging Choice Mercantile to attend court examinations on your behalf.
Our experienced agent will:
- attend court to examine the debtor on your behalf
- have the debtor complete a statement of financial position
- request documents to support the debtor’s statement
- seek a repayment offer from the debtor.
The standard price for this service is $80.00 for region 1.

(QLD and Interstate) Lawful repossession of Motor Vehicles and or Assets.
Settlements : $120
Attend a settlement and collect a cheque for the required amount in exchange for release documents.
Document Filing : $70
File documents at the court house and scan or post the stamped and signed copies to you.
